The CIREFE is the International Center of French Studies for Foreign Students in Rennes.
The CIREFE has more than 30 years of experience, it proposes a diverse and well adapted University curriculum to non-Francophone students wishing to improve their knowledge of French language and culture. The CIREFE in Rennes is at the heart of the Villejean campus. It is the only university institute which specialises in teaching French as a foreign language to adults from non-Francophone countries in Brittany. There are more than 600 students take our language, literature and civilization courses every year.
It is a member of the Association of University Centres for French Studies for Foreign Students (ADCUEFE) and adheres to the deontology code. It also respects the Quality Charters of this body.
CIREFE students have access to all campus facilities. In addition to its courses, CIREFE offers many cultural and recreational activities where French and Foreigner students can meet.
